Our Story

     Joy Riverside Church was originally started in Romoland, CA, at a prayer mountain. After years of serving in that community, the pastors and elders faithfully decided to move the church's location. The decision was fueled by the desire to build a great community that clearly understood and actively responded to His grace. In the Summer of 2013, Joy Riverside Church situated itself in Riverside, CA, where it now opens it's doors to the local community. 

     Over the last three years, the church made the decision to create a new ministry for those more comfortable in speaking English. Thus, Hearth Ministry was born. With a community of individuals hailing different ages and backgrounds, Hearth seeks to build the body of Christ through loving and serving one another. The vision of Hearth Ministry was developed with a mission to serve, educate and commission the young generation for the harvest works of God in Riverside.
